Don Silvano opens the doors of its authentic Argentine agricultural and livestock ranch where daily life goes on its fields. The ranch is located 87 kilometers from downtown Buenos Aires (about 1 hour trip), and invites us to live a true “Fiesta Gaucha”. Here, the itinerary:
11 am - Reception at the Adobe Ranch (traditional country construction) including empanadas, wine and juice.
11.30 am - Leisure activities with several alternatives of your choice: Visiting a museum, a bakery and several other parts of the ranch. Or, riding a horse or a tractor.
12:30 pm – Country Cooking class. Mate show (secrets to prepare a true country mate). Workshop of saddling, frames and traditional costumes.
1 pm – Typical “asado” with chorizo, morcilla, asado de tira, vacío and chicken. To accompany: the typical salad of lettuce, potato and egg. The choice of drinks includes red and white wine, beer, soft drinks, and mineral and sparkling water. And for dessert: ice cream or coffee. In addition, during lunch, we can enjoy a show of typical folk songs and dances as zamba, cat, chacarera, Malambo with bolas, percussion show, chamamé, tango, etc.
2.30pm - Demonstration of Creole skills: The Gauchos will demonstrate many of their skills as Cuadreras racing, the Race Ring, and how to tame horses.
4 pm – Mate Time, accompanied by delicious sweet cakes with quince jelly.
4.30 pm - End of activities and return to Buenos Aires.
It includes round trip transfer to the hotel.
